Getting members

So I was just wonder, and this is aiming for at Kill and Paints, cuz they be the masterminds and all.
So what's the plan on getting new member to this forum, because it's cool that most of the PBA/PBG members will come here, but how are we getting the word out to the public?

spamminating other forums sounds about right. thats how we did it with PBA. Also, on forums you are already members of that you dont want to get banned on, just put a link in your sig and in the "website" field in your profile.

Google bombing has to do with wrapping a URL around a word to influence the Google algorithm. To googlebomb the word epic for epicboards.net would look like this.

Spam that....EVERYWHERE.

This is why spammers put links in their dumbass posts.
BUT Google prolly have changed their algorithm to stop this kind of manipulation, since googlebombing was widely used by politicians in 2005 for so.

As others have said put links in your sigs on other forums. Since this isn't a paintball forum, you should be able to advertise on dedicated paintball sites without any trouble. Get links everywhere you can.

Also, to start dressing things up here, get your sigs and avys up.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I think we sould try and put advertisment off until this site is fully up and running the way we want it to.
