There is still lots to be done to these forums. Its just bare right now. So start making suggestions for:

Colours/Style - Should it be dark or light? Fixed width of stretch to fill your window?
Logo - If you are good with graphics, try making one and we will vote on it.
Features - Quick reply anyone? Anything else we need?
Boards - What other boards besides General Discussion, Suggestion Box etc. do we need?
New name - If you were one of those who would have preferred a different name.
Anything else - Any other suggestions you have to improve the forum.

I personally like lighter styles better, but it seems dark is more popular. Perhaps we could do dark with some light highlights? Stretch is MUCH better. I hated the fixed width forum setting.

As for what boards, are we going to be a one stop shop for online discussion? If we are, we can start off with a few general categories (ie: sports, cars, whatever) and as we get more members add more specific forums.

well why dont we try to base it off of PBA? Thatd be cool and having a shoutbox is nice. ill try to make a banner on MS paint tonight. Quick reply and :dodgy: are a must

Game Room/Spam Corner-for our games and random crap
Project Garage-for the greasemonkies and people who build stuff.

Wheres the babe thread gonna go?

Ah yes, shoutbox is definitely on the list.

I think we should have the main focus to be general talk but we will still have a paintball board because thats our roots :)

Oh yea, and dodgy is on the list. I hate these smilies and the post icons. They will all get changed.

An overall general talk forum would make it easier for us to bring in lots of new members. Paintball has died off quite a bit and it would be very hard to start a paintball forum from scratch. I think we should try bringing as many people as possible into this forum to discuss all sorts of things, almost like "TeenSpot" minus the drama and gayness.

BTW Killa what do you think about my quick attempt at a banner?

one more thing, that save draft button is driving me nuts because it is where the post icon always was :shock:

It was either Jolsen or D.S boy that was making really good banners for PBG a while back.
I think I would be cool with whatever. I like Paints banner

Yea a portal page would be cool. But I will put that further down the priority list for now.

And cool banner paints. But not sure if that size will fit in properly. We will have to see how it works on our new template... once we choose one.

What do you guys think of the avatars being on the right? like it or dont like it?

It's different, but I have no problem with it that way. Not to many forums have the avatars on the right but you could consider that something that makes us unique?

Killa the banner was just for fun, I didn't know what size you wanted so if you need me to resize it just tell me the dimensions and I will adjust it.

ok. well we dont have dimensions until we have a template chosen.

Sports (MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA), Family matters, Music, TECHNICAL SECTION (where people can post computer related things *problems, programs, etc*) Automotive, Paintball, B/S/T (for anything), A/I/W (Accusations, Insults, and Whining :D), Talk To Mods and Admins

First off, ferrets, the next mod list would probably go like this PMOD, me, Jason R (cause we were PB-addicters) THEN ferrets.


Now for forum suggestions; quick reply, dodgy, dark template, portal page and.... that's really all I can think of.

red icon means new posts. blue icon means no new posts. whats not to get :| . anyways, those will change with the template change.

That helps, but I still don't like it. Change it NOW! I think we should also get a shoutbox and add a forum for like movies and TV, stuff like that.

Where can I get photo shop? 'm not really a computer-savvy person... is it something you download? And what kind of layout do you want for the banner/ dark colors, paintball gun, etc. and also, can we have a section that was like Ferrte's corner, but for each section? such s me/jason runs the automotive section, Sudden runs the paintball section, etc...
